Synopsis of Class
Fall is a wonderful time to be fishing in Indiana. There are great opportunities all over the state for catching fish. Some opportunities only come in the fall. The Salmon of the great lakes are one of those opportunities. Every fall salmon run into the rivers and creeks from Lake Michigan and many fisherman run right after them. There are many different patterns that are productive for Salmon. The four that will be taught in this class are simple patterns that with slight color and material changes can be adapted to any situation.

All tying material will be provided. You will need to bring the following tying equipment.
  • A vise
  • A Bobbin
  • Tying Thread (for this class, black and olive 3/0 or Flymasters +)
  • Head Cement
  • Scissors
  • Half hitch tools and/or Whip Finish Tool
