Maximum Size: 6
Instructor: Ian Anderson
Cost: $10.00
Synopsis of Class
Spring is here (even though it is still cold outside)!  Soon all kinds of insects will be popping out including Mayflies.  With the trout fishing picking up in Indiana local fly fishermen need to think about having some productive Mayfly patterns in their box.  There are many patterns to pick from and normally you will want to try "match the hatch".

The primary purpose of this class is to introduce tiers to the different methods of tying Mayflies.  From the traditional Catskill patterns to tying parachute flies, all are productive under different circumstances.  The patterns themselves are not too difficult to tie, but by learning these patterns you will have the basic skills needed to tie 95% of the Mayfly patterns used today.  The following are the flies you will tie.
