Advanced Fly Tying Class

Date/Time: January 12th, 2007, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Maximum Size: 6
Instructor: Ian Anderson
Cost: $10.00
Synopsis of Class
If you like cold water trout fishing then Midges and Chironomids are for you.  About the only hatches that you will see when there is snow on the ground are midges.  Even then the trout are not eating the actual hatches as much as the nymphs that are active in the water.  So having a few small midges and chironomids in your box is always a good idea.  Plus the fact they are simple and fun to tie and if you want to learn to tie small flies (size 20 - 28) these are great flies to start with.

The following are the flies you will tie in this class.
