Date/Time: September 5th, 2009, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Maximum Size: 8
Instructor: Ian Anderson
Cost: $10.00
Synopsis of Class
Many fly fisherman and women know the importance of dry flies; especially when fishing for trout. Aside from being very productive flies for catching fish they are fun to fish with.  Many fly fisherman and women are becoming aware of just how good tube flies are for catching fish.  Tube flies are very versatile and some believe even help decrease the mortality rate of catch and release fish.  One thing is for certain, the tube design helps make your flies last longer.

In this Saturday's we will be combining the dry fly with the tube fly and tie three effective dry fly tube flies.  These are standard patterns but modified to the tube fly technique.  The purpose of the class is to show that you can easily adapt traditional patterns to tube flies.  At the very least these patterns are great flies to have in your fly box.
