Synopsis of Class
|
Every winter, after the holiday cheer, many fisherman and
women head south for some sun and fly fishing. The
usual species targeted are bonefish, permit, redfish, sea
trout, snook and tarpon (depending on where you go).
If you are lucky enough to be heading south this winter to
Mexico, the Bahamas or Florida to do some fishing then this
class is for you; especially if this is your first time. This
class will focus on standard patterns that will work well
for these fish in and around Ascension Bay, the
Bahamas and Florida. They are not particularly
difficult patterns and with minor changes in material or
color you could have yourself a box full of saltwater flies
in different size and color in no time.
The following are the
flies you will tie.
