Synopsis of Class
|
If you are wanting to spend some time on the lakes this fall
fishing for Northern Pike can be very productive this time
of year. With the water temperatures dropping the Pike
come out of the deep water in search of minnows to fatten up
for the winter. There are many different patterns that
can be productive, including the good old Clouser minnow.
The great thing is that you can change the colors and
material for any of these flies and still catch fish.
so even if you do not have the hackles or hair used in this
class you probably have something in your chest of materials
that can be used. In case you do not get a chance to
get out this fall to cast to some Pike all of these flies
are very productive in the spring as well.
The flies you will tie are,

Gen-X Bunny
|

Blanton Flashtail Whistler
