Pike Fishing at Camp Anjigami, Canada

Come with us to Canada this spring for some great Northern Pike and Brook Trout fishing!
Shortly after the ice is out on the lakes the Northern Pike
start to spawn. At this time they are up in the
shallow water and will attack just about anything that hits
the water. If you have not had the opportunity to
catch Northern Pike on a fly rod yet, this is the trip for
you. there is nothing like casting a big bug towards
show and having the water explode and you bug disappear.

We will be
venturing to
Camp Anjigami on May 22nd for four days of fishing.
Camp Ajigami is located near Wawa Canada and Lake
superior.
We will be staying at the
Camp Anjigami outpost on Gould Lake. We meet at the
main lodge and then fly out to the cabin for four wonderful days
of fishing. Northern Pike are in Gould lake and
short portages to Flagg and Long lake will provide opportunities
for Brook Trout and Walleye.

This trip is just the ticket if you are looking for a
get-a-way that really is away from the hustle and bustle of
life. The cabin has,
- a total of six beds
- propane-operated 4 burner stove with oven, refrigerator, and lights
- three-season enclosed porch
- cooking and eating utensils (pots and pans, dishes, silverware, knives, etc.)
- a wood-heating stove or gas heat
- 14 ft. aluminum boats with swivel seats, motors, and fuel
- indoor compost toilet in addition to an outhouse nearby
- propane gas barbecue grill

The specific dates for this trip have not been
determined yet as well as the resulting cost.
The price does include fly in and out of Gould Lake. The
drive from Indianapolis is approximately 600 miles.
